ABOUT ME
Hola! My name is Camila, I’m a native Spanish speaker from Colombia. I am a social worker and certified Spanish tutor with a passion for teaching. I love connecting with people and helping them learn and find new passions. I am based in Los Angeles, California and open to extend my wings to anywhere in the world to whoever wants to approach and love Spanish as much as I do.
I created The Spanish verse with the idea of offering you an experience that will introduce you to the Spanish language and explore the Latin American culture. My classes will be one-on-one because I will create specific lesson according to your needs, interests and learning style.

WHAT DO I OFFER?
My teaching method is focused on real life situations and everyday conversations. Are you planning a vacation or a business trip to a Spanish speaking country? Or are you thinking of relocating? Or maybe dating a latino/latina? Or are you interested in our culture? We will start by focusing on a natural approach through dialogues, role-playing and reading/listening stories and at the same time learning vocabulary, grammar and expressions that will get you started in the language and prepare you to have conversations in the real world.
